One of our basic parkour elements is a jump platform, that can be found in different heights.
The medium-height box represents a versatile element offering a wide range of training possibilities when combined with other obstacles. It allows the practice of techniques such as kong and lazy vaults, precision jumps, and also serves as a take-off and landing platform, including use for acrobatic movements.
Like the other boxes, it features two opposite flat side walls that enable additional rebounds and smooth transitions between movements. This box is almost always connected to surrounding obstacles via bars, which both reinforce its stability and expand training options with additional balance and linking surfaces.
